Fashion Week in China started off with a bang with bright colors and high hair for the EONFASHION AWARD 2011 China Fashion Week Make-up Styling Contest during S/S 11 presentations on October 25, 2010 in Beijing.

I am unsure if there was a running them for participants, but the looks vary from plant/sea/nature inspired with bright colors and a technological/alien inspiration. It's amazing to see what each country contributes to the Fashion Week merry go round.
